Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the use of WhatsApp to PDF (the "Service"), operated by Devlints PVT Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Digital Product Nature

Our service involves converting WhatsApp chat exports into PDF format. As this is a digital product that is processed and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the file has been successfully generated and delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

Since the conversion process begins immediately upon file upload and user confirmation, cancellation is not possible once the process has started. Please ensure your file and preferences are correct before proceeding.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional conditions:

• The service fails to generate a PDF file.
• You are charged but did not receive your file within a reasonable time.
• Duplicate payments were made in error.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with all relevant details.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with:

• Order ID or transaction reference
• Date of transaction
• Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund queries within 3–5 business days.

5. Final Decision

All refund and cancellation decisions will be made by Devlints PVT Ltd and are final.
